- Mobilize more than 100 college faculty & staff and System Office staff over 12 months across 6 work groups to examine the viability of a CBE model

Actions to Drive Change
The working groups were led by the Chancellor Fellows for the Future of Work and Strand Leads through the following phases of work, which were developed by C-BEN:
- Phase 1: Project Framing
- Phase 2: Vision Setting & Sharing
- Phase 3: Identifying Current and Future State
- Phase 4: Researching Best Practices
- Phase 5: Performing Gap Analysis
- Phase 6: Proposing Recommendations for an Implementation Plan
Outcomes
An innovative education model aligned to the knowledge and skills most relevant to state, regional, and local workforce needs that meets federal, state, and accreditor requirements and allows learners to accelerate their learning and success in the labor market.
A feasible implementation plan that identifies the financial and human resources needed for system-wide adoption and sustainability of a revised educational model in its General Education, Technical Education, and Workforce Solutions.
A Field Guide to document the planning process 草莓流氓视频 went through to capture lessons learned and insights. It will also be a resource that other states and systems can use as they consider a plan to explore CBE models in their own locations.
